Section 32 พระราชบัญญัติการสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2535
หมวด ๗ กิจการที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพ
(๑) กำหนดประเภทของกิจการตามมาตรา ๓๑ บางกิจการหรือทุกกิจการให้เป็นกิจการที่ต้องมีการควบคุมภายในท้องถิ่นนั้น
(๒) กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขทั่วไปสำหรับให้ผู้ดำเนินกิจการตาม (๑) ปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสภาพหรือสุขลักษณะของสถานที่ที่ใช้ดำเนินกิจการและมาตรการป้องกันอันตรายต่อสุขภาพ
