หมวด ๑๔ การอุทธรณ์
(๑) พิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์คำสั่งตามมาตรา ๖๖ (๒) มีหนังสือเรียกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้ถ้อยคำ หรือสั่งให้บุคคลดังกล่าวส่งเอกสารหรือหลักฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์
(๓) สอบถามข้อเท็จจริงหรือกระทำการใด ๆ เท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์
