หมวด ๑ การควบคุมทางหลวง

ผู้อำนวยการทางหลวงมีอำนาจห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดหยุด จอด หรือกลับยานพาหนะใด ๆ บนทางจราจรหรือไหล่ทางในทางหลวงสายใดทั้งสายหรือบางส่วนได้ โดยทำเป็นประกาศหรือเครื่องหมายให้ปรากฏไว้ในเขตทางหลวงนั้น
