หมวด ๒ การควบคุมวัตถุอันตราย

ผู้ถูกสั่งพักใช้หรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๒ มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อรัฐมนตรีผู้รับผิดชอบภายในกำหนดสามสิบวันนับแต่วันทราบคำสั่ง คำวินิจฉัยของรัฐมนตรีผู้รับผิดชอบให้เป็นที่สุด การอุทธรณ์ตามวรรคหนึ่งย่อมไม่เป็นการทุเลาการบังคับตามคำสั่งพักใช้หรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต
