หมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดโดยเจตนาหรือโดยประมาทรับจ้างทำฉลากที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย หรือรับจ้างติดตรึงฉลากที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย หรือรับจ้างทำลายส่วนอันเป็นสาระสำคัญของฉลากที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย สำหรับวัตถุอันตรายอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามความในหมวด ๒ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
