หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ควบคุมหรือผู้รับจ้างให้บริการผู้ใดทำบันทึกหรือรายงานใดที่ตนมีหน้าที่ต้องทำตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้โดยแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
