ส่วนที่ ๕ การค้น อายัด หรือยึด

เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจซึ่งทำการค้น และอายัดหรือยึดสิ่งของตามคำร้องขอความช่วยเหลือจะต้องทำหนังสือรับรองการเก็บรักษารูปพรรณ ลักษณะและความบริบูรณ์แห่งสภาพของสิ่งของนั้น และส่งมอบสิ่งของที่ค้น และอายัดหรือยึดได้พร้อมหนังสือรับรองนั้นให้แก่ผู้ประสานงานกลางเพื่อดำเนินการต่อไป หนังสือรับรองนั้นให้ทำตามแบบและวิธีการที่ผู้ประสานงานกลางกำหนด
