การขอรับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งสำนักงานช่างรังวัดเอกชน ให้ผู้ขอยื่นคำขอตามแบบ สช.๑ ท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ ต่อคณะกรรมการช่างรังวัดเอกชน โดยยื่นผ่านนายทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการช่างรังวัดเอกชน และแนบหลักฐานตามที่กำหนดไว้ในคำขอนั้น
