Clause 7 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 2 (พ.ศ. 2535) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติช่างรังวัดเอกชน พ.ศ. 2535
(๑) ให้ผู้ขอยื่นคำขอพร้อมด้วยหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบ ช.๕ ท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้
(๒) เมื่อนายทะเบียนได้รับคำขอพร้อมด้วยหลักฐานตาม (๑) แล้ว และเห็นว่าถูกต้องให้ออกบัตรประจำตัวช่างรังวัดเอกชนฉบับใหม่ให้
