Section 8 พระราชบัญญัติตั้งจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู พ.ศ. 2536

ให้บรรดาข้อบัญญัติจังหวัด ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำสั่งของจังหวัดอุดรธานี ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในอำเภอตามมาตรา ๓ คงมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไป โดยให้ถือเป็นข้อบัญญัติจังหวัด ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และคำสั่งของจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูจนกว่าจะมีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลง
