หมวด ๒ บุริมสิทธิทางทะเล

ให้เจ้าหนี้บุริมสิทธิทางทะเลมีสิทธิได้รับชำระหนี้อันค้างชำระแก่ตนจากเรือที่อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งบุริมสิทธิทางทะเล ก่อนเจ้าหนี้อื่น ๆ ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าลูกหนี้แห่งสิทธิเรียกร้องจะเป็นเจ้าของเรือหรือไม่ก็ตาม
