หมวด ๒ บุริมสิทธิทางทะเล

ในกรณีที่มีการโอนสิทธิเรียกร้องซึ่งมูลแห่งสิทธิเรียกร้องนั้นมีลักษณะตามมาตรา ๒๒ ให้ผู้รับโอนสิทธิเรียกร้องดังกล่าวมีบุริมสิทธิทางทะเลเช่นเดียวกับผู้โอน
