ผู้ใดได้ขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบโรคศิลปะแผนปัจจุบัน สาขาเภสัชกรรม ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมการประกอบโรคศิลปะและใบอนุญาตนั้นยังคงใช้ได้ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาให้ถือว่าผู้นั้นได้ขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
