ในระหว่างที่ยังมิได้ออกกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ หรือข้อบังคับเพื่อปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้นำกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ หรือประกาศที่ออกตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมการประกอบโรคศิลปะในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
