หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

หนี้ที่เกิดจากการไม่ชำระเงินทดแทน เงินสมทบ หรือเงินเพิ่มตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ลูกจ้างหรือสำนักงานมีบุริมสิทธิเหนือทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดของนายจ้าง ซึ่งเป็นลูกหนี้ในลำดับเดียวกับบุริมสิทธิในค่าภาษีอากรตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
