หมวด ๓ การร้องทุกข์และการสงเคราะห์

ให้ กคช. จัดให้มีกองทุนสงเคราะห์หรือการสงเคราะห์อื่น เพื่อสวัสดิการของผู้ปฏิบัติงานใน กคช. และครอบครัวของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกรณีพ้นจากตำแหน่ง ประสบอุบัติเหตุ เจ็บป่วย ตาย หรือกรณีอื่นอันควรแก่การสงเคราะห์ ทั้งนี้ ตามข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
