ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยลักษณะปกครองท้องที่ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับกิจการใดที่กำหนดไว้แล้วในแผนพัฒนาตำบล ให้กำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้านดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาตำบล
