Section 26 พระราชกฤษฎีกาการได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งของข้าราชการและผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารซึ่งไม่เป็นข้าราชการ พ.ศ. 2538

ตำแหน่งข้าราชการทหารที่จะได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งประเภทตุลาการพระธรรมนูญและอัยการทหาร ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งตั้งแต่ชั้นยศ พ.ท. หรือ น.ท. ขึ้นไป ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ตุลาการพระธรรมนูญ
(๒) อัยการ
(๓) อัยการผู้ช่วย
