Clause 5 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 44 (พ.ศ. 2538) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. 2522

ในกรณีที่อาคารหลังเดียวกันมีการใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อกิจการตามที่กำหนดในข้อ ๓ เกินกว่าหนึ่งประเภทและแต่ละประเภทมีมาตรฐานคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งแตกต่างกัน ให้คำนวณคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งจากอาคารรวมกันโดยใช้มาตรฐานคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งที่สูงที่สุดสำหรับประเภทของอาคารที่มีการใช้ประโยชน์นั้น
