สมาชิกซึ่งถูกไล่ออกจากราชการ หรือถึงแก่ความตาย เนื่องจากการประพฤติชั่วอย่างร้ายแรงของตนเอง ผู้นั้นหรือทายาทไม่มีสิทธิได้รับบำเหน็จบำนาญ เงินประเดิม เงินชดเชย และผลประโยชน์ตอบแทนเงินดังกล่าว
