หมวด ๓ สมาชิกและสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิก

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับบำนาญถึงแก่ความตาย นอกจากทายาทจะมีสิทธิได้รับบำเหน็จตกทอดตามมาตรา ๕๘ แล้ว ให้มีสิทธิได้รับเงินช่วยพิเศษตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาว่าด้วยการจ่ายเงินเดือน เงินปี บำเหน็จ บำนาญ และเงินอื่นในลักษณะเดียวกันด้วย
