ให้สถานสงเคราะห์ที่จัดตั้งขึ้นตามพระราชบัญญัติปรามการค้าประเวณี พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๓ เป็นสถานคุ้มครองและพัฒนาอาชีพตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ผู้รับการสงเคราะห์ตามพระราชบัญญัติปรามการค้าประเวณี พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๓ ซึ่งยังคงรับการสงเคราะห์อยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ รับการคุ้มครองและพัฒนาอาชีพต่อไปจนกว่าจะครบระยะเวลาที่อธิบดีได้กำหนดไว้
