ส่วนที่ ๔ รูปแบบและผลของคำสั่งทางปกครอง

คำสั่งทางปกครองที่ทำเป็นหนังสืออย่างน้อยต้องระบุ วัน เดือน และปีที่ทำคำสั่ง ชื่อและตำแหน่งของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ทำคำสั่ง พร้อมทั้งมีลายมือชื่อของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ทำคำสั่งนั้น
