หมวด ๓ ระยะเวลาและอายุความ

ในกรณีที่ผู้ใดไม่อาจกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎหมายได้เพราะมีพฤติการณ์ที่จำเป็นอันมิได้เกิดขึ้นจากความผิดของผู้นั้น ถ้าผู้นั้นมีคำขอเจ้าหน้าที่อาจขยายระยะเวลาและดำเนินการส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดที่ล่วงมาแล้วเสียใหม่ก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ต้องยื่นคำขอภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่พฤติการณ์เช่นว่านั้นได้สิ้นสุดลง
