หมวด ๔ การแจ้ง

บทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้มิให้ใช้บังคับกับการแจ้งซึ่งไม่อาจกระทำโดยวาจาหรือเป็นหนังสือได้หรือมีกฎหมายกำหนดวิธีการแจ้งไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ในกรณีคำสั่งทางปกครองที่แสดงให้ทราบโดยการสื่อความหมายในรูปแบบอื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง ให้มีผลเมื่อได้แจ้ง
