ตัวแทนเรียกเก็บและรับชำระหนี้ของสินทรัพย์ที่มีการโอนมีหน้าที่เก็บรักษาบัญชีและรายชื่อลูกหนี้ตามสินทรัพย์ที่โอนไปแล้วนั้นไว้เป็นบัญชีเฉพาะ และลูกหนี้มีสิทธิตรวจดูข้อมูลตามบัญชีและรายชื่อของตนได้
