ให้สถาบันจัดทำรายงานประจำปีเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการเพื่อเสนอต่อรัฐมนตรีโดยแสดงงบการเงินที่ผู้สอบบัญชีได้ตรวจสอบแล้ว พร้อมทั้งรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี รวมทั้งแสดงผลงานของสถาบันในปีที่ล่วงมาแล้วด้วย
