Clause 4 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 7 (พ.ศ. 2540) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติน้ำบาดาล พ.ศ. 2520

ในท้องที่ที่ไม่มีน้ำประปาใช้ ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตใช้น้ำบาดาลได้รับยกเว้นค่าใช้น้ำบาดาล ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อการอุปโภคหรือบริโภค ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมถึงการใช้น้ำบาดาลของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
(๒) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อการเพาะปลูก
(๓) การใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อการเลี้ยงสัตว์ เฉพาะในส่วนที่ไม่เกินวันละห้าสิบลูกบาศก์เมตร
