Clause 4/2 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 7 (พ.ศ. 2540) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติน้ำบาดาล พ.ศ. 2520

ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตใช้น้ำบาดาลซึ่งได้ขึ้นทะเบียนการใช้น้ำบาดาลเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยธรรมชาติไว้แล้วได้รับยกเว้นค่าใช้น้ำบาดาลได้ตามปริมาณน้ำบาดาลที่วัดได้จากเครื่องวัดปริมาณน้ำเพื่อการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยธรรมชาตินั้น การขึ้นทะเบียนตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่อธิบดีกรมทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาลประกาศกำหนด
