หมวด ๒ การประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาลและการดำเนินการสถานพยาบาล
(๑) สถานพยาบาลประเภทที่ไม่รับผู้ป่วยไว้ค้างคืน
(๒) สถานพยาบาลประเภทที่รับผู้ป่วยไว้ค้างคืน ลักษณะของสถานพยาบาลแต่ละประเภทตามวรรคหนึ่งและลักษณะการให้บริการของสถานพยาบาลให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
