บริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ต้องจัดทำบัญชีเพื่อแสดงผลการดำเนินงานและฐานะการเงินที่เป็นปัจจุบันตามความเป็นจริง โดยต้องถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่กำหนดโดยสถาบันวิชาชีพที่หน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ความเห็นชอบและตามที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยประกาศกำหนด
