ให้มีการสรรหาบุคคลเพื่อแต่งตั้งเป็นอธิการบดี คณบดี ผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ หัวหน้าส่วนงานที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่มีฐานะเทียบเท่าสำนักวิชา สถาบัน หรือศูนย์ ทั้งนี้ ตามวิธีการที่กำหนดโดยข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัย
