บรรดาประกาศ คำสั่ง ข้อบังคับ และระเบียบที่ออกโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๔๒ ลงวันที่ ๑๖ มกราคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๕ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีการออกประกาศ คำสั่ง ข้อบังคับหรือระเบียบตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
