Clause 9 กฎกระทรวงกำหนดลักษณะ การทำ วิธีแสดง และการใช้เครื่องหมายมาตรฐานกับผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2563

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตดำเนินการเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ตามข้อ ๘ แล้ว ให้เลขาธิการมีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้แสดงชื่อย่อ และให้มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตทราบภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่มีคำสั่งอนุญาต เมื่อผู้รับใบอนุญาตได้รับแจ้งคำสั่งตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว จึงสามารถแสดงชื่อย่อได้
