ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินให้แก่ผู้ที่ชำระค่าปรับไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ใบเสร็จรับเงินให้มีข้อความแสดงว่าเป็นค่าปรับทางปกครองตามกรณีใดและให้บันทึกการชำระค่าปรับทางปกครองไว้ในต้นเรื่องด้วย
