หมวด ๓ การบริหารและการดำเนินกิจการ

ผู้ใดจะดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการในองค์การมหาชนเกินกว่าสามแห่งไม่ได้ ทั้งนี้ ให้นับรวมการเป็นกรรมการโดยตำแหน่งและการได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติราชการแทนในตำแหน่งกรรมการด้วย การนับจำนวนการดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่งไม่รวมถึงการเป็นกรรมการโดยตำแหน่งที่ได้มีการมอบหมายให้ผู้อื่นปฏิบัติราชการแทน
