Clause 6 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 6 (พ.ศ. 2542) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติราชการทางปกครอง พ.ศ. 2539

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับหนังสือคัดค้านมิใช่เจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งถูกคัดค้าน ให้ผู้รับนั้นแจ้งการรับพร้อมทั้งหนังสือคัดค้านให้เจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งถูกคัดค้านทราบโดยไม่ชักช้า ทั้งนี้ ภายในวันทำการรุ่งขึ้น
