การทุ่มตลาดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ได้แก่ การส่งสินค้าเข้ามาในประเทศไทยเพื่อประโยชน์ในทางพาณิชย์ โดยมีราคาส่งออกที่ต่ำกว่ามูลค่าปกติของสินค้าชนิดเดียวกัน
