ส่วนที่ ๕ ความตกลงเพื่อระงับการทุ่มตลาด

การที่ผู้ส่งออกจากต่างประเทศผู้ใดไม่เสนอทำความตกลงหรือไม่ยอมรับข้อเสนอทำความตกลงของกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ จะต้องไม่นำเหตุนั้นมาพิจารณาไปในทางเสียประโยชน์ต่อผู้นั้น
