ให้บรรดากฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ หรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติกำหนดราคาสินค้าและป้องกันการผูกขาด พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีระเบียบหรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
