หมวด ๒ การรายงานและการแสดงตน
(๑) เกี่ยวกับการแสดงตนตามมาตรา ๒๐ เป็นเวลาห้าปีนับแต่วันที่มีการปิดบัญชีหรือยุติความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
(๒) เกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกรรมและบันทึกข้อเท็จจริงตามมาตรา ๒๑ เป็นเวลาห้าปีนับแต่ได้มีการทำธุรกรรมหรือบันทึกข้อเท็จจริงนั้น ให้นำความใน (๑) มาใช้บังคับกับผู้ประกอบอาชีพตามมาตรา ๑๖ ด้วย
