หมวด ๖ การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สิน

ในกรณีที่ศาลมีคำสั่งให้ทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิดตกเป็นของแผ่นดินตามมาตรา ๕๑ หากปรากฏว่ามีทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิดเพิ่มขึ้นอีก ก็ให้พนักงานอัยการยื่นคำร้องขอให้ศาลมีคำสั่งให้ทรัพย์สินนั้นตกเป็นของแผ่นดินได้ และให้นำความในหมวดนี้มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
