หมวด ๖/๑ กองทุนการป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน
(๑) ทรัพย์สินที่ให้นำส่งเข้ากองทุนตามมาตรา ๕๑ (๒) ทรัพย์สินที่เก็บรักษาซึ่งไม่มีการขอรับคืนตามมาตรา ๔๙ และมาตรา ๕๑/๑ (๓) ทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้ให้
(๔) ทรัพย์สินที่ได้รับจากหน่วยงานของรัฐของไทยหรือของต่างประเทศ
(๕) ผลประโยชน์ที่เกิดจากทรัพย์สินตาม (๑) (๒) (๓) และ (๔)
