หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ
(๑) ฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๒๑/๑หรือ (๒) รู้หรืออาจรู้ความลับในราชการเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้กระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ผู้อื่นรู้หรืออาจรู้ความลับดังกล่าวเว้นแต่เป็นการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่หรือตามกฎหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปีหรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
