หมวด ๒ แบบมาตราชั่งตวงวัด

ให้รัฐมนตรีจัดให้มีแบบมาตราชั้นหนึ่งไว้สำหรับใช้ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบมาตราชั้นสอง ในกรณีที่ไม่อาจจัดหาแบบมาตราชั้นหนึ่งชนิดใดได้ ให้รัฐมนตรีจัดให้มีแบบมาตราชั้นหนึ่งชนิดนั้นขึ้นได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร และให้ถือว่าแบบมาตราที่รัฐมนตรีจัดให้มีขึ้นนั้นเป็นแบบมาตราชั้นหนึ่ง
