หมวด ๓ เครื่องชั่งตวงวัด

ให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจในการให้บริการชั่ง ตวงหรือวัดออกหนังสือแสดงผลการชั่ง การตวงหรือการวัดให้แก่ผู้ขอรับบริการชั่ง ตวงหรือวัดทุกครั้ง ในหนังสือดังกล่าวให้มีลายมือชื่อผู้ควบคุมการชั่ง การตวงหรือการวัด พร้อมทั้งระบุวัน เวลาและสถานที่ที่ทำการชั่ง ตวงหรือวัดด้วย
