หมวด ๔ การให้คำรับรอง

ในกรณีเครื่องชั่งตวงวัดที่จะต้องตรวจสอบติดตรึงกับที่หรือยากแก่การเคลื่อนย้ายหรือมีจำนวนมาก ผู้ยื่นคำขอจะขอให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ไปตรวจสอบนอกสถานที่สำนักงานกลางหรือสำนักงานสาขาก็ได้ โดยเสียค่าทำการให้แก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตามอัตราที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง และจ่ายค่าพาหนะเดินทางให้แก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เท่าที่จำเป็นและใช้จ่ายไปจริง
