หมวด ๕ อำนาจหน้าที่ของนายตรวจชั่งตวงวัด

เครื่องชั่งตวงวัดหรือสินค้าหีบห่อที่ยึดไว้ตามมาตรา ๕๒ (๔) ถ้าขณะยึดไม่ปรากฏเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองและไม่มีผู้ใดมาแสดงตนเป็นเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ยึด ให้ตกเป็นของกรมการค้าภายใน*และให้จัดการตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
