หมวด ๘ สันนิบาตสหกรณ์แห่งประเทศไทย

ให้มี “สันนิบาตสหกรณ์แห่งประเทศไทย” ประกอบด้วยสมาชิกที่เป็นสหกรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมกิจการสหกรณ์ทุกประเภททั่วราชอาณาจักร ให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้าอันมิใช่เป็นการหาผลกำไร หรือรายได้มาแบ่งปันกัน
