หมวด ๙ กลุ่มเกษตรกร

ถ้ากลุ่มเกษตรกรเกี่ยวข้องในกิจการใดที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้จดทะเบียนสำหรับการได้มา การจำหน่าย การยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้ หรือการยึดหน่วง ซึ่งกรรมสิทธิ์ในอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือทรัพยสิทธิอันเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ในการจดทะเบียนเช่นว่านั้นให้กลุ่มเกษตรกรได้รับยกเว้นไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม
